Be sure to include as much detail as possible on the incident, stakeholders involved, and what went wrong. The form allows for unlimited file upload and we encourage members to be as detailed as possible.&#x20;

After you've submitted a claim, a member of our support team will reach out via email within 24 hours. Note that claims can take up to 10 business days to assess. Just like all insurance products, claims are assessed on a case by case basis.&#x20;
