We provide guidelines for Marketplace partners to fulfill services to our members. Although these partners are third party vendors, we believe they represent Hatch Apps when working with customers.
Workflow & Communication
- After a customer purchases a service, we automatically initiate an email between the member, partner, and Hatch Apps support.
- Partners must be added by members to the platform as a Team member with the "Contractor" permission.
- We recommend daily email communication during the course of the engagement.
- Hatch Apps pays partners via wire transfer on the 1st of each month.
- Partners receive 70% of the transaction, while Hatch Apps receives 30%.
- We do not refund members on Marketplace purchases. All payments are final per our Terms & Conditions.
