Marketplace guidelines
We provide guidelines for Marketplace partners to fulfill services to our members. Although these partners are third party vendors, we believe they represent Hatch Apps when working with customers.
Workflow & Communication
After a customer purchases a service, we automatically initiate an email between the member, partner, and Hatch Apps support.
We require that all communication remain on the email thread with support@hatchapps.com cc'd to ensure the Hatch Apps team can step in if needed.
Partners must be added by members to the platform as a Team member with the "Contractor" permission.
We recommend daily email communication during the course of the engagement.
Payment
Hatch Apps pays partners via wire transfer on the 1st of each month.
Partners receive 70% of the transaction, while Hatch Apps receives 30%.
We do not refund members on Marketplace purchases. All payments are final per our Terms & Conditions.
